Author Guidelines

To improve the quality of published materials, all submitted works (scientific articles, reports, reviews, etc.) are peer-reviewed and checked for unauthorized plagiarism.

1. Authors of scientific articles must adhere to the submission guidelines and formatting requirements set forth in the Regulations of the scientific periodical electronic peer-reviewed student journal "Scientia Juvenum," as well as the following principles:

1.1. Originality. The author must submit a completely original manuscript to the editors; submitting a manuscript of a previously published article is not permitted. Submitting a manuscript containing the same content to the editors of several journals simultaneously is prohibited.

1.2. No plagiarism. When authors use the works and/or words of others, this must be acknowledged with a reference or indicated in the text. Compiling or paraphrasing the words of other authors without citing the source is unacceptable.

1.3. Authorship of Materials. The list of authors must include the authors who worked on the article. Attributed authorship is not permitted. Scientists who have made a significant contribution to the submitted material may not be excluded from the list of authors. Any changes to the list of authors must be agreed upon with all authors, including those that involve deleting one or more authors.

1.4. Confirmation of Sources. The author must clearly indicate the source of the borrowing and include the scientific and other information about the publication they are citing in the bibliography. Sources referenced in the text of the manuscript must be cited without fail. Publication of information obtained from unofficial sources (personal correspondence, conversations) is prohibited.

1.5. Conflicts of Interest. The author is obligated to inform the editors of any potential conflicts of interest when evaluating their manuscript to enhance the objectivity of such evaluation.

1.6. Discovery of an Error in a Published Work. If an author discovers an error in a previously published work, they must promptly notify the editors and facilitate its correction. When informing the editors of an error from a third party, the author must provide the editors with evidence of the accuracy of the published materials or correct or refute the article in compliance with all principles of publishing ethics.

To publish, an electronic form must be completed. The text of the article must be attached to the form.

Articles submitted to the editors are registered and assigned unique numbers.

Manuscripts formatted without regard to the Rules and without contact information for corresponding authors will not be considered.

Two or more articles by the same author are not permitted in a single issue of the journal.

Author groups (no more than three co-authors) must provide justification for their collaboration on the article topic, related to their scientific interests or fulfillment of a government assignment. The journal's editorial board determines whether the article complies with the journal's profile and formatting requirements, checks the submitted material for plagiarism (the originality level must be at least 70%), and forwards it for initial review to the journal's editor-in-chief, who determines the scientific merit of the manuscript and appoints a reviewer.

The editorial board reserves the right to refuse publication if it does not meet the established requirements or the scope of the journal, or if an incomplete set of materials is received. All articles undergo mandatory peer review.

The author is notified of the review results via email.
